The free plan does not require payment, so refunds do not apply to free plan usage.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or approved under this policy.
Temporary downtime, maintenance, third-party outages, email-client image caching, or platform limitations do not automatically qualify for refunds.
However, if there is a serious service failure caused by us, we may offer credits or refunds at our discretion.
If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service, you may not be eligible for a refund, unless required by law.
